Lavapiatti – Duties include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen utensils, and ensuring sanitation standards. Camerieri di Sala – Duties include serving guests, setting tables, and providing table service during meals. Work hours: 10:00–14:00 and 18:00–22:00, open daily except Tuesdays.
