As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both people and organizational development across the technical departments. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for employees and shopfloor workers; Contributing to motivation, talent, and development initiatives; Providing administrative HR support.
