What To Expect As a Facilities Coordinator for the Southern region, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Tesla Centers in the South run smoothly and provide an exceptional experience to employees and customers. You will work with the Facilities Manager to carry out preventative maintenance and maintain good working conditions for employees, guests, and contractors. This role blends administrative and hands‑on operational work and requires travel to multiple southern locations, including Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, and Morocco. What You'll Do Handle daily facility and workplace requests (mostly in Fexa) and distribute them to vendors within the South. Promptly resolve repairs and maintenance for our locations. Support vendor relations, ensuring timely and effective solutions to issues that arise. Manage the complete finance process from PO creation to invoice approval. Foster positive relationships with front‑line teams through regular site visits, providing support and feedback. Respond to emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions. Organizational skills, project management, and attention to detail to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. High energy and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a cross‑functional team environment, working with various departments and external vendors. Ability to influence key stakeholders and act as a well‑respected, trusted partner. Fluent in English; Italian or Spanish proficiency (preferred) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
