As an IT Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for technical support and the management of the Acquera Group’s IT systems, ensuring business continuity, data security, and system efficiency. You will also collaborate on digital transformation projects and the adoption of innovative, standardized, and efficient IT solutions, contributing to process improvement and resource optimization within an international environment. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other company peripherals, ensuring efficiency and business continuity. Manage remote interventions via RDP tools, ensuring quick resolutions and proactive user support. Contribute to the design and implementation of digital transformation projects, from management systems to cybersecurity initiatives, improving IT processes and infrastructure. Install, configure, and update software, manage security patches, and optimize system reliability. Manage tickets and document operational procedures, developing guides and FAQs to support user autonomy and improve IT team efficiency. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including the creation and deactivation of accounts and devices, ensuring security and compliance with company policies. Diagnose and proactively resolve hardware and software issues, with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement. Collaborate with users to understand their needs and challenges, proposing fast, effective, and innovative solutions. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles; Good knowledge of computer networks and basic configuration and management activities; Knowledge and experience with major operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, and Linux); Basic skills in Active Directory (account creation, group management, password resets, GPO); Fundamental networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, network sharing); Basic knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is considered a plus; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Initiative and a proactive approach; Strong problem-solving skills; Flexibility in working hours.
