For a our client with focus on private markets solutions, we are looking for a Head of Growth As Head of Growth, you will be the primary driver of revenue growth, institutional relationships, and commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO & Chairman, you will own the entire commercial function from day one. This is a builder role. There is no existing team to inherit and no playbook to follow. Responsibilities Define and execute go-to-market strategy targeting GPs, LPs, family offices, and private banking networks Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signature Design pricing, packaging, and commercial terms in partnership with the CEO Build and manage a pipeline of key accounts across private banking networks, systemic LPs, and multi-family offices Develop strategic partnerships with intermediaries, advisors, and industry associations (e.g., AIFI, AIPB) Institutional Relationships Serve as the senior point of contact for all platform stakeholders Lead onboarding and customer success for key accounts in coordination with product Build deep relationships across private banking networks and family offices Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and GP-LP forums Support the fundraising narrative alongside the founding team Experience 5+ years in strategy consulting, top-tier investment banking, or a growth/commercial role within fintech or financial services top-tier Hands‑on experience working with or within GPs, LPs, family offices, or private banking institutions Prior entrepreneurial experience or a demonstrable track record of building commercial functions from scratch Must-Have Direct experience with GPs, LPs, or family offices #J-18808-Ljbffr
