We are looking for a passionate Corporate Strategy Analyst to join the Corporate Dept., located in Milan (MI). As a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment across the Corporate Department (Admin & Finance, ICT, Legal, etc.), enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring the seamless execution of high-impact projects. This is a high-visibility position that offers a 360‑degree view of the business, requiring a blend of analytical rigor, financial modeling, and executive‑level communication. You will act as a bridge between the Corporate Area and various global/regional departments, ensuring that key strategic initiatives are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Provide direct analytical and operational support to the Chief Corporate Officer in coordinating high‑priority projects and monitoring their progress. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the Group Business Plan and assist in the evaluation of new business lines and market opportunities. Executive Reporting: Design and prepare strategic presentations and data‑driven analyses for Top Management, Shareholders, and external Stakeholders. Cross‑Functional Coordination: Facilitate and monitor transversal initiatives, acting as a key point of contact for regional and global departments to ensure strategic alignment. Financial Analysis: Collaborate closely with the Business Controlling Team to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across different business units. Requirements Experience: 1/2 years of experience in a top‑tier Strategy Consulting firm or within a Corporate Strategy/M&A department of a multinational organization. Education: Master’s degree in economics, Management, or Management Engineering (preferred but not mandatory). Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis) and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create compelling visual narratives for executive audiences. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Soft skills: Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders worldwide. High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
