The Role: Client Advisor | Rome As part of the upcoming relocation of our Rome store, we are looking for a Client Advisor to join our team and support this exciting new phase of growth. The Client Advisor will act as a brand ambassador, accompanying clients through the Stone Island universe while delivering authentic and elevated client experience. Your Impact The Day-To-Day: Ensure excellent client experience while maintaining the quality standards required by the brand; Act as a brand ambassador to the store’s clientele, demonstrating strong passion and commitment to the brand while embodying brand values and vision; Welcome, advise, and support local and international clients throughout the selling ceremony, contributing to store performance while building genuine long-term relationships; Present the Stone Island universe through storytelling around collections, fabrics, treatments, and the technical excellence that defines the brand; Provide personalised advice tailored to clients’ expectations and needs; Support store operations while ensuring after‑sales service and follow‑up with clients; Implement and maintain company visual standards in store, collaborating with the visual merchandising team and ensuring replenishment and stock management are consistently executed; Be aware of store targets and KPIs, supporting managers in promoting a performance culture; Collaborate with the team in an effective and enthusiastic way, conveying energy and motivation in daily activities. Qualifications Previous experience in sales roles within fashion retail or hospitality; experience within luxury and contemporary retail environments is an advantage; Good understanding of the luxury sector, KPIs, and product sensitivity; Service‑oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to work independently; Reliable, punctual, and flexible; Passion for retail, client service, and the luxury fashion industry; Fluency in Italian and English is required; Chinese language skills are strongly preferred. Additional languages are a plus; Digitally aware and open to new tools, applications, and ways of working; Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
