We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to join the Electronics Business team of Marelli, Corbetta (MI). As the CPM at Marelli, you will guide the Body Computers & Cockpit Integrated Units Team towards accomplishing the stated objectives of a project: scope, time, cost. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support Sales in the acquisition of new orders according to Business Lines targets; * Define the scope of the project and create the general plan of the Program; * Responsible for Final Unitary Product Cost, Scope and Timing of the overall program within the guidelines of PME * Lead Core Team members from Nomination phase until handover to serial production; * Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal Milestones; * Communication hub to project team and stakeholders involved in the Project; * Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions; * Ensure the deployment of Marelli Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (Product Development, Quality, etc.); Requirements: * Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of successfully executing projects and handing them over to production. * Solid background in electronics, enabling effective understanding of technical requirements and issues. * Deep familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and IATF standards for quality management. * Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written. * Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset. * Willingness to travel as required for project needs. 80% smart working Corbetta (MI) Grafton è il brand globale che si occupa di Professional Recruitment di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
