Reporting to the Talent and Training Manager, the specialist supports the HR department in designing, delivering, and monitoring employee training, development, employer branding, and recognition programs. Responsibilities Training & Development Design, deliver, and coordinate training programs in line with business needs and Marriott standards. Deliver in-person training sessions, including preparation of PowerPoint presentations. Implement training programs on brand culture, product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills. Organize and deliver orientation for new associates aligned with Marriott and The Luxury Collection culture. Manage the hotel training calendar and ensure departmental participation. Track completion of mandatory Marriott courses on dedicated platforms. Develop and implement an organization-wide learning and development strategy. Monitor program impact, collect feedback, and refine offerings. Analyze training needs of operational departments. Stay updated on L&D trends within Marriott. Employee Recognition & Engagement Manage corporate events, recognition programs, and engagement activities. Plan employee well‑being and CSR initiatives. Prepare visual materials and presentations. Communicate engagement and well‑being initiatives internally. Collaborate with other departments for corporate events and engagement activities. Promote Marriott Development Programs and cross‑training opportunities. Employer Branding & Social Media Support development and execution of the employer branding strategy. Create and manage engaging LinkedIn content. Collaborate with HR and Marketing for brand consistency. Capture employee photos, videos, and testimonials. Support recruitment campaigns through branding initiatives. Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements. Act as internal and external brand ambassador. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. Strong presentation and public‑speaking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work well in a team.
