Overview We are looking for a Assistant Front Desk Manager for the next season to join our Front Office team. Main Duties & Responsibilities Support the Front Desk Manager in the day-to-day management of reception operations. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the reception team to ensure efficient and effective service. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Prepare and reconcile daily financial reports and ensure proper documentation. Assist with administrative duties, such as updating reservation logs and managing guest lists. Train and mentor reception staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Requirements Proven experience of at least 2–3 years in similar roles like Assistant Front Desk Manager, within luxury 5-star hotels or international chains. Excellent knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS, HMS). Strong customer focus and a natural aptitude for delivering an exceptionally high standard of service. Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations calmly and professionally. Fluent command of both Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of a third language (e.g., French, German, Russian, Arabic) will be considered an advantage. Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Secondary school diploma or university degree, preferably in tourism or hospitality management. Benefits Seasonal Labour contract according to CCNL Settore Turismo - Level 3, Assistant Front Desk Manager. Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons. Salary per CCNL with increases based on seniority and skill level, with separate payslips for 13th and 14th month pay and TFR. Welfare incentives based on quality goals.
