WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Under tutor’s supervision, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the following activities: Assisting in managing and optimizing CRM Salesforce processes for B2C channels. Discovering business needs of the various international markets to collaborate and support them in the execution and management of different marketing activities. Analyzing data and creating detailed reports to support marketing decision‑making. Participating in the development of automated marketing workflows and customer segmentation. Identifying process efficiencies and contribute to the overall improvement of marketing operations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical skills. Fluency in English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus). Strong communication and organizational skills.
