Role Overview – Men’s Boutique We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our MRTW Boutique, a space entirely dedicated to the world of menswear. As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in delivering a refined and personalized shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service and product expertise. Your Contribution Provide a highly personalized and outstanding shopping experience, with a strong focus on menswear styling and product knowledge. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, lifestyle, and wardrobe needs. Stay informed about the latest menswear collections, trends, fabrics, and fits to offer expert and tailored advice. Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall store success. Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the boutique reflects the identity and sophistication of the men’s universe. Support stock management by ensuring product availability, size runs, and assisting with merchandise replenishment. Handle customer transactions professionally, ensuring a seamless and premium checkout experience. Participate in boutique events, private appointments, and styling sessions to enhance client engagement and loyalty. What You Bring to the Team Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail with a focus on menswear. A strong passion for men’s fashion, styling, and tailoring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long‑term relationships. Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales targets. Attention to detail, with a refined sense of style and understanding of visual merchandising.
