Follow external industry trends in Inside Sales, Virtual Selling, digital communications, and team collaboration. About You Strong team‑leadership and coaching experience. Motivated to be part of an innovative setup and to manage a high‑performing team. Passion for Siemens technology, products, and services in industrial automation and digitalization (e.g., SIMATIC, SINAMICS, TIA Portal, Industrial Edge). Expertise in virtual selling, including digital engagement, virtual communication, and social media use, to deliver outstanding customer experience. Excellent listening, open communication style, and ability to convey excitement over phone or video calls. Data‑analytics mindset and strong performance‑driving skills. Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; proficiency in Swiss German, German, or French is a plus. Passion for continuous growth.
