In Milan, they now look for Full Cycle AEs (Italian speaking, office-first) Account Executive | Full Cycle (Milan) Your responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales funnel (high deal volume, low ACV ( Revenue Growth: Drive ambitious ARR growth to help position us as a European market leader. Product Evangelism: Become an expert in our AI solution, identifying new use cases and demonstrating clear value to our Italian market customers. Client Consultation: Work closely with prospects to uncover their specific pain points, goals, and development opportunities. Market Feedback: Monitor market trends and collaborate with the product team by sharing valuable, direct feedback from clients and prospects. Your Profile Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role. Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Milanf for a hybrid, office-centric role. Tech-Savvy: You are a power user of modern sales support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator). Mindset: Humble, hungry, and fast-paced. You take true ownership, continuously challenge yourself, and believe in the power of straight talking. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish is a strong plus!
