Partner with the best You will lead a team of diverse Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) to drive Supplier Quality for EICE commodity. You will be responsible for direct leadership, development, and career coaching of a team of SQEs. Responsibilities Driving positive organization culture with strong front-line leadership and connectivity across the regions Supplier’s qualification working closely with procurement commodity and engineering Conducting supplier capability and process assessment, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions, audits, performance monitoring and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence Guarantying collaboration between functions and locations to ensure compliance to engineering and customer specifications Develop new product code structure for Electrification extended scope (MV and HV) including process quality requirements Execute assessment for Electrification extended scope Suppliers based on commodity scouting activity Create a strong synergy and promote collaboration with intracompany Suppliers Participating in supplier business reviews in alignment with cross-functional team members Ensuring development, training, and implementation of supplier quality tools/processes for all quality engineering team members, internal stakeholders, and suppliers Acting as coach and mentor to develop team members hard and soft skills. Qualifications Have an Engineering degree (5Y) Have significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality Have proven knowledge on Electrical Systems Have proven leadership capabilities Have proven experience in acting and driving corrective actions with large global suppliers English fluent Be able to travel (up to 40%) domestic and internationally Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
