YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Create and manage comprehensive supply chain plans that ensure alignment with production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory targets Regularly assess inventory levels, production capacity, and lead times to optimize stock and reduce operational costs Work cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless material flow and product availability Identify and evaluate potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier issues, transportation delays, market changes and implement mitigation strategies Develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing options to reduce risk exposure and ensure continuity in supply Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain operations, such as order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and supplier performance Participate in continuous process improvement by analyzing existing workflows and suggesting process optimizations YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or procurement with solid knowledge of supply chain principles and operations Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate risks and develop effective mitigation strategies Advanced proficiency in using supply chain management tools and ERP systems, particularly SAP (Key User experience is a plus) Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Business Intelligence systems, to manage data and analyze trends Previous experience in SCM/Logistics in a manufacturing company, with a preference for experience in the automotive sector Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts, assertively push projects forward, and build constructive relationships Language skills: fluent in English and Italian, knowledge of German is advantageous OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits The position is open to individuals of any gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, nationality, and religious belief.
