A leading international player in the alternative investment and asset management industry is seeking an HR Generalist to join its People & Transformation function. Role Overview The selected candidate will support both operational and strategic HR activities, working closely with senior HR professionals across a wide range of people-related initiatives within an international context. Key Responsibilities - Support the HR Business Partner in recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and job posting management - Assist in onboarding and employee induction processes - Ensure efficient HR administration and maintain accurate employee documentation - Support HR Operations in preparing employment contracts and amendments in compliance with local regulations - Manage employee requests and provide first-level HR support - Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and reporting files - Support Learning & Development activities and training coordination - Assist in compensation review and performance management processes - Support HR coordination activities involving international teams and stakeholders - Perform general administrative activities including archiving, filing, and data management Requirements - Master’s degree in economics, Law, Political Science, Human Resources, or related fields - At least 3 years of experience in HR or similar roles xdwybme - Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) - Basic knowledge of labor law - Interest in economics and asset management Required Skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude - Team-oriented approach with the ability to work in international environments
