Customer Support & Sales – Italian Speaker – Remote (Greece) Location: Greece (100% Remote – must be based in Greece) Start Date: 18/05 or 26/06 Work Model: Fully Remote (within Greece only) About The Role Join an international project supporting a globally recognized premium technology brand, delivering high-quality customer experience across Europe. In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries, including product information, orders, payments, and technical support. You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with strong focus on service excellence. Responsibilities Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat Provide support for sales and after-sales inquiries Assist with orders, returns, payments, and product information Troubleshoot basic technical issues Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Requirements Italian: C2 (fluent/native) English: B2 minimum Strong communication and customer service skills Problem‑solving mindset Must be based in Greece (mandatory for remote work) EU citizenship or valid work authorization Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently abroad Working Schedule Rotational schedule 2 days off per week (communicated in advance) Salary & Benefits Base salary: €1,045 gross/month × 14 salaries Performance bonus: 10–20% Training completion bonus: €150 Productivity bonus: up to €250/month Salary progression: €1,100 after 12 months €1,150 after 36 months Fully remote work within Greece International and multicultural environment Relocation Package Flight ticket within the EU 2 weeks hotel accommodation Airport pick‑up Support with housing search (company-assisted) Real estate agency fees covered €150 relocation bonus after 4 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
