Responsibilities Manage warranty and 0 Km requests from aftermarket and OE customers Manage analysis and reporting related to warranty and 0 Km materials Contribute to the telephone support service by providing technical support via phone/email for the entire range of Webasto products Actively collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Quality, Sales) to analyze technical issues and customer assistance requests Perform interventions at customer locations Qualifications High school diploma, preferably in mechanical or electrical subjects Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Internet Explorer, and, if possible, SAP Knowledge of the English language Analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to work in a team, results-oriented, and customer-focused Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
