Role Responsibilities First-level support: management of L1 assistance for all Group Legal Entities, with constant alignment with colleagues in the involved locations. Direct operational support. Coordination of external support: operational supervision, alignment, shadowing, and training activities. Alignment of devices, domains, and group policies; management of cross‑functional projects such as printers, badges, and IT registry. Management of IT equipment orders. Updating and maintenance of the inventory (over 800 leased PCs). Management of more than 200 mobile devices (phones, SIM cards, etc.). Active participation within the team. Documentation activities (company inventory, non-conformity management, SOP updates). Evolution and improvement of the ticketing platform. Improvement of response times and methods for ticket management. Analysis of alert emails and support on IP telephony systems. Preparation and configuration of client devices (new laptops, workstations, replacements). First-level support for clients and printers. Organizational and control activities (Disaster Recovery checks, Antivirus Console monitoring, Backup systems supervision). Required Qualifications Basic system administration knowledge, especially in Windows environments. Knowledge of networks, PCs (Windows and Linux), and VMware. Precision, reliability, and confidentiality. Good command of the English language. Flexibility and dynamism. Preferably 4–5 years of experience in the role.
