Responsibilities Identify and qualify new suppliers for electronic components and EMS in collaboration with R&D, Cost Engineer, Supply Chain, Quality and relevant company departments Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, covering both technical and commercial terms Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent performance and resolve issues. This includes maintaining regular communication, monitoring supplier performance against defined metrics, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives Regularly review and update pricing, terms, and conditions to reflect market trends and business requirements Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify trends, benchmark costs, and strategic sourcing decisions Analyze and evaluate supplier bids to secure the best value for the organization Conduct supplier scouting and on-site visits to evaluate capabilities and development potential, ensuring alignment with the company\'s quality and performance standards Manage the placement of purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while tracking goods received and processing invoices Qualifications Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German or Italian is considered a plus Degree in Electronic, Electric, Energy Engineering or similar Experience in EMS/Electronic procurement Proven experience in market and supplier analysis Expertise in introducing and/or optimizing procurement tools and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Our Commitment Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits Why Alpitronic Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
