The role requires a professional and guest-oriented individual who will create exceptional first and last impressions, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures with elegance, discretion, and attentive service.Responsibilities and Duties:Welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the hotel entrance, ensuring an impeccable first impressionManage and supervise guest arrivals and departures at the main gate in a professional and discreet mannerCommunicate promptly with the Front Office team regarding guest arrivals, departures, and relevant informationVerify hotel reservations and restaurant bookings before granting access to the propertyProvide guests with clear directions and guidance for driving and parking within the hotel groundsAssist guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and outletsRespond efficiently and courteously to guest questions, requests, and last-minute needsEnsure a smooth and pleasant departure experience, being one of the final points of contact for guests leaving the hotelMaintain a polished, attentive, and guest-focused presence at all timesWho you are:Passionate about luxury hospitality and exceptional guest serviceAt least 1 year of experience in the role, or a similar customer-facing role is preferredFluent in English; additional languages isconsidered a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
