In Grupo Planeta, siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Student Services Coordinator (tempo determinato) per entrare a far parte del nostro team presso la Rome Business School, che assicurerà un’esperienza studente di alta qualità dall’inscrizione in poi. Sarà il principale punto di contatto per i bisogni non accademici degli studenti, supportando sia studenti internazionali sia nazionali in un ambiente multiculturale. Key Responsibilities Support students with visa, residence permit, accommodation, and onboarding Deliver welcome and orientation activities Manage student communications (email, phone, in person) Coordinate with external providers (housing, relocation, services) Organize events and engagement activities with academic teams Identify and manage student benefits and partnerships Monitor requests and provide regular reporting Requirements Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment Good IT skills (Excel, Office; CRM is a plus) Profile Student‑centric Solution‑oriented Team player Strong problem‑solving skills Hands‑on, flexible, and proactive mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
