Vocations is a data company that provides data to the HR market: staffing agencies, headhunting firms, career coaches, talent as a service companies and many more. Our core AI technology continuously crawls the web to autonomously collect and categorize Italian job offers. ~ We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager for the CS team that can help Alessio, our CEO, in managing the existing business portfolio. You will ensure that customers understand our product and are 100% satisfied with our service, both before and after the sale. You will manage existing client relationships , managing contract renewals, driving upsell opportunities, and delivering high-impact user training sessions. Our Customer Success function is still being built, giving you the opportunity to create processes from scratch and operate with a high degree of autonomy across multiple initiatives . At the same time, you will work closely with the product team to shape the product roadmap, helping define priorities and features for the upcoming quarters. In client meetings, you’ll engage with Head of AI, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders , discussing integrations and technical setups . You have prior experience or a strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry , including employment agencies and search firms. When guiding users toward success, you understand their workflows, goals, and decision-making processes , and can help them leverage the platform effectively to achieve results. You’re also familiar with the key structures and dynamics of this industry, allowing you to speak their language and provide meaningful support. We’re a lean organization, where adaptability and strong soft skills are essential to thrive in constantly evolving conditions. This is a demanding environment where we work hard, salary alone won’t be enough to keep you motivated . Training users towards an effective usage to reach their goals. Organize and provide monthly value to champions to help them monitor results. Preferably in upselling and cross-selling, and you feel comfortable suggesting new products or services to customers. ~ Knowledge in using Hubspot (other CRM still works) ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English (we do have an international team , daily operations and alignment are all in English) ~ Knowledge about the market we operate: staffing and recruitment . Spanish is a plus. Smart Working: we have an office in Turin in OGR, we recommend to come in presence but you are free to be full remote. Startup Exposure: learning curves in early stage is massive, it is very rare to find organizations that can provide you with such personal and professional growth.
