An established, globally recognised consultancy with a strong legacy of delivering complex, high-impact projects is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Project & Programme Management team.Le informazioni riportate di seguito illustrano i requisiti del ruolo, l'esperienza richiesta ai candidati e le qualifiche associate.This organisation is known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and commitment to delivering sustainable, innovative solutions across the built environment.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering large-scale, complex projects, with a particular focus on data centre design and construction.You will work within multidisciplinary, international teams to deliver projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Candidates with experience in data centres, pharmaceuticals, scientific or industrial environments will be highly regarded.As a Senior Project Manager, you will:Build and maintain strong client relationships, including during challenging project phasesLead and manage multiple large-scale capital projectsOversee multidisciplinary teams across all project stages, including design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioningCoordinate internal and external stakeholders across design, commercial, procurement, and operational functionsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks with clear, proactive strategiesDrive stakeholder engagement and secure alignment from project inceptionEnsure clear and effective communication across all project stakeholdersTake ownership of project planning, scheduling, and quality managementManage and contribute to cost reporting and budget control throughout the lifecycleGuide design teams to ensure delivery aligns with project briefs and timelinesSupport the development of phasing and delivery strategies where requiredYou will bring:Experience in project and construction management, ideally within data xlwpduy centres, industrial, or complex infrastructure environmentsProven experience delivering complex projects on siteStrong knowledge of construction processes, procurement methodologies, and statutory regulationsExperience managing budgets and delivering projects to time and cost targetsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsStrong organisational skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindsetProficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint (AutoCAD knowledge beneficial)Fluency in Italian and EnglishA collaborative, flexible, and self-motivated approach#J-18808-Ljbffr
