Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, managing the full identity lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding). Implement and configure authentication, authorization, SSO and MFA, using standard security protocols (OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML). Integrate internal and external applications with the IAM platform through REST APIs, collaborating closely with application teams. Develop and customize IAM components, contributing to the automation and continuous improvement of access management processes. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience, with proven hands‑on experience in the IAM (Identity & Access Management) domain. Hands‑on experience with at least one authentication platform among: Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende or similars. Knowledge and practical use of security protocols, in particular at least one of OAuth 2.0 or SAML. Knowledge of at least one of the following development stacks: Java (Spring Framework) or .NET. Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level). Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively. Experience in the authorization domain, particularly in policy definition and knowledge of OPA (Open Policy Agent), will be considered a plus.
