Production Director An international cosmetics group is establishing a new industrial site, dedicated tobulk color cosmetics manufacturing (foundations, emulsions, color bases). The site (~40–45 employees) is entering its ramp‑up phase. ???? This role is aboutrunning production — not managing from a distance. ???? Your role You will be directly responsible for: Leadingday‑to‑day bulk production operations Being present on theshopfloor , solving issues in real time Managingprocess variability (viscosity, dispersion, batch consistency) Building and structuring theproduction team from scratch ImplementingLean routines and performance discipline Driving theindustrial ramp‑up ???? This is ahands‑on operational leadership role , not a coordination or reporting position. ⚠️ What this role is NOT Not a corporate / strategic‑only position Not a fully structured environment with established processes Not a large‑site director role with multiple layers of management ???? You will need tobuild structure, fix problems and deliver results yourself. ????
