Job Summary The Billing Specialist has the primary responsibility for accurate invoice coordination and submissions. Essential Functions Handle the active billing process Calculate, verify and handle commissions Monitor and resolve billing issues (e.g., invoice rejections) Manage Administration of agency contracts Handle the collection and retrieval of documentation from field personnel Perform all administrative tasks required to ensure office efficiency Support and backup for order and credit collection activities Required/Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor's degree or diploma - administrative/economic focus At least 2 years of prior professional experience in billing and accounts receivable Knowledge of the main billing processes and administrative procedures Preferable experience in companies interacting with Public Administration, along with knowledge of related processes and administrative workflows Good knowledge of the English language Good knowledge of MS Office - particularly Excel and Power Point - and familiarity with ERP systems (Navision Microsoft Dynamics) Assertive, respectful, friendly, team-oriented character Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Flexibility, organization and attention to detail Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
