We are looking for an IT Administrator to support the management and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and effective support for internal users across the different departments. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, devices, and systems) Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users Install, configure, and update hardware and software Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT support/administrative role Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 and MacOS Basic networking knowledge (LAN, VPN, firewalls) Experience with backup and IT security practices Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure is a plus) Good command of English (Italian is required for local operations) Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment A dynamic, international, and creative work environment
