At dentsu we are looking for a Client Consultant, to be employed in Milan. You will support the daily management of client accounts, acting as a link between clients and internal teams to deliver effective media strategies and high-quality client service. The role defines briefs for activation units aligned with clients’ KPIs, while the Activation Unit executes and optimizes media campaigns across channels. Key Responsibilities Manage projects and media plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets Monitor and analyse the client’s market and competitive landscape to provide informed inputs Analyze media performance using key KPIs (GRP, CPG, AFF, CPM, CPC, CTR, VTR) and translate data into actionable insights for the brand Prepare clear and effective presentations and reporting materials (PowerPoint) Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional and international teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs Ensure Client needs are met quickly, efficiently and completely with the defined timings and a high quality output for all activities Requirements At least 1 or 2 years of experience in international media agencies Strong understanding of paid media planning principles, both online and offline Solid general media knowledge, including digital and social media environments Familiarity with media planning and reporting tools (ADBOX, AQX, ADJIN, Ad Server, MCS / ARIANNA) Strong analytical thinking and ability to apply market and performance data to business decisions High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams Ability to engage and support client relationships with a professional and service-oriented approach Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact with international stakeholders Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and strong team spirit Location Milan Brand Dentsu X Time Type Full time Contract Type Permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
