Project Scope The assignment covers the engineering and offshore execution witness phases of a subsea pipelinedecommissioning project off the coast of Gela, Sicily. The pipeline to be removed contains asbestos, introducing specific regulatory, procedural, and HSE constraints that must be fully integrated into the installation engineering methodology from the earliest stages.
