About the Role We are looking for an experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar team and oversee daily operations. As capo servizio, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 11 staff members across bar, floor, and kitchen, ensuring smooth service, consistency in quality, and a strong, cohesive team dynamic. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all aspects of the operation, from preparation to service, while contributing to the overall guest experience and team performance.
