Support Supplier Warranty Recovery and cost recovery activities related to supplier quality issues within the automotive industry environment. The role includes the analysis and management of supplier claims, coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, reporting activities, and support of operational and process improvement initiatives related to warranty and supplier recovery processes. The candidate will collaborate with Quality, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Suppliers to support cost recovery activities, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support Supplier Warranty Recovery and chargeback activities related to supplier quality issues. Primary responsibilities include: Analyze warranty and field claims data to identify recovery opportunities and operational trends Collect and consolidate technical, operational, and financial data to support supplier recovery discussions Support negotiation activities with suppliers regarding warranty recovery and chargeback processes Prepare reporting, KPI monitoring, and operational analysis for internal stakeholders and leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering Support escalation management activities related to supplier disputes and operational issues Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives related to warranty and supplier recovery processes Support operational meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder alignment activities Contribute to data analysis and reporting activities to improve operational performance and cost recovery effectiveness Provide support and guidance to junior team members when required Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and process guidelines Minimum 3 years of experience within the automotive industry is required Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills and communication and interpersonal skills Experience in team coordination or people management activities Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and reporting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with data analysis and KPI monitoring Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is considered a plus Good level of English (written and spoken) Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration preferred or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas
