This seasonal, full‑time contract role (40‑hour week, 5 days, 2 consecutive days off) will run from June to October 2026 and will report to the Bar Manager. The role offers the opportunity to work in a venue of exceptional art and elegance, serving guests during international city events such as the Biennale, Carnival and the Venice Film Festival. What You’ll Do Welcome guests Support service at tables and at the bar Follow standard operating procedures and brand identity guidelines Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests Maintain knowledge of the bar menu Prepare garnishes and appetizers Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar area What We’re Looking For Legal right to work in Italy and a valid full‑time work permit Fluent English and Italian, both verbal and written Understanding of luxury hospitality F&B operations Experience in a similar role is an advantage People‑oriented, warm demeanour Team‑player attitude Reliability, motivation, positive outlook and outgoing personality Strong passion for luxury bar tendering The role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform. Prior to employment, safety training and certification will be completed.
