We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter with solid hands-on experience in tech environments, capable of owning and structuring the recruiting process end-to-end. The ideal candidate has worked within software houses, tech companies, or specialized executive search firms focused on technical profiles and brings not only operational excellence, but also a strategic approach to talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for redesigning and managing the full recruiting process, working closely with Tech Area Managers to define hiring needs, strategies, and budget planning, and reporting directly to the HR Manager. The role also includes a managerial component, which may involve coordinating junior team members or overseeing specific workstreams within the HR function. Own the full tech recruitment lifecycle independently: from intake meetings with hiring managers through to offer negotiation and onboarding support Lead direct sourcing activities via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market mapping, and proactive talent pipeline building Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process Apply a data-driven approach to hiring decisions, with structured use of ATS and continuous monitoring of key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion) Collaborate closely and continuously with Tech Area Managers to understand hiring needs, define role profiles, and co-build effective search strategies Support headcount planning and budget management related to hiring, in alignment with the HR Manager and leadership Report directly to the HR Manager, contributing to the definition of recruiting priorities and roadmap Contribute to employer branding initiatives, social recruiting, events, and partnerships to strengthen the attraction of tech profiles 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within software houses, tech companies, or IT-specialized recruiting/headhunting firms ~ Proven track record recruiting technical and deep tech profiles (e.g. software engineers, backend/frontend, DevOps, cloud, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or similar domains) ~ Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using ATS platforms and recruiting analytics ~ Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus Good understanding of broader HR processes Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting strategies Join a fast-growing international scale-up operating in a highly innovative and technology-driven environment Play a key role in shaping the company’s growth by attracting and hiring top talent across strategic functions Help design and improve recruiting processes, employer branding initiatives, and talent strategies from the ground up Work in an environment that values innovation, speed, continuous learning, and entrepreneurial mindset Location: Rome, Hybrid – Piazzale Flaminio 19, 00196
