Responsibilities Designing security solutions to safeguard company systems and data, ensuring Security-by-Design principles are integrated into all projects from the early stages. Identifying vulnerabilities in existing systems and proposing corrective actions or mitigations. Collaborating with all teams to embed security best practices into business processes. Supporting security incident management. Supporting application security management. Defining and updating policies in line with current regulations (e.g., NIS2, GDPR) and industry standards. Promoting internal training and awareness initiatives on cybersecurity topics. Proactively staying at the forefront of cybersecurity trends, ensuring that technical skills and security strategies are continuously updated to counter the latest cyber threats. Key Requirements Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in roles such as Cyber Security Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architect. Advanced knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, cryptography, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Strong understanding of cloud security principles. Understanding of application security principles. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Language Skills Italian: native or bilingual proficiency. English: B2 level or above, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP). Architectural certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solution Architect, SABSA). Solid understanding of regulations and industry standards such as GDPR, NIS2, or PCI-DSS. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong learning ability and curiosity about new and evolving technologies. Proactivity and strong problem‑solving mindset. Ability to manage complex projects and priorities effectively, with an organised and result‑oriented approach. Teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and constructively within multidisciplinary teams.
