About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager & Go-to-Market professional who will take full ownership of the product lifecycle while driving successful market launches in Italy. This role combines product strategy and roadmap management with go-to-market execution , ensuring our vehicles achieve strong market adoption and competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities Product Management (Core Focus) Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: concept development, feature prioritization, and post-launch optimization. Gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitive trends to inform product decisions. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and R&D teams to deliver innovative products on time and within budget. Go-to-Market Execution Develop and implement launch strategies for new models and major updates. Define positioning, messaging, and pricing to maximize market impact. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network) for seamless execution. Organize and prepare training materials for the sales force. Create Product Information Kits for Sales and Communications teams, including technical specifications, key selling points, and competitive differentiators. Ensure all product materials are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand guidelines. Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking Conduct market analysis to understand the positioning of various models. Provide continuous and updated comparisons of competitor products available in the market. Performance & Analysis Track KPIs for product performance, adoption, and campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to refine product strategy and GTM plans. You will be the ideal candidate if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. 5+ years in product management with exposure to go-to-market strategy, ideally in automotive or mobility. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a customer-centric mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product development is a plus. Professional proficiency in both English and Italian is required.
