Job Overview Role: Customer Service Representative Project: Home Appliances Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2) Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months) Key Details Training Start Date: 28/May/26 Schedule Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00. Sunday and one rotational day off per week. Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests. Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. What We're Looking For Languages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €1000 gross/month (14 months). Meal Allowance: €7.63/day. Attendance Bonus: €100 gross/month (11 months). Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
