We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to join the Electronics Business team of Marelli, Corbetta (MI). As the CPM at Marelli, you will guide the Body Computers & Cockpit Integrated Units Team towards accomplishing the stated objectives of a project: scope, time, cost. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Sales in the acquisition of new orders according to Business Lines targets; Define the scope of the project and create the general plan of the Program; Responsible for Final Unitary Product Cost, Scope and Timing of the overall program within the guidelines of PME Lead Core Team members from Nomination phase until handover to serial production; Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal Milestones; Communication hub to project team and stakeholders involved in the Project; Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions; Ensure the deployment of Marelli Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (Product Development, Quality, etc.); Requirements: Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of successfully executing projects and handing them over to production. Solid background in electronics, enabling effective understanding of technical requirements and issues. Deep familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and IATF standards for quality management. Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both oral and written. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
