Bachelor’s degree in a related field Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken Minimum of 5 years of bar experience in restaurants or hotels Skilled in cocktail preparation and presentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and shift-based scheduling Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and ingredients Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
