We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Fidenza Village Pop-Up in Milan for a 4-month period. This role will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring Nude Project’s operational and visual standards are consistently maintained. Responsibilities Lead your team in a dynamic and enthusiastic way. Oversee the entire operation and management of the boutique, setting key sales targets and KPIs to ensure the achievement of goals. Establish logistical, operational, and analytical processes for the Amsterdam market. Prepare weekly reports on store performance, product status, and KPIs; design and implement action plans to maximize the store’s potential. Ensure meticulous customer service standards, maintaining excellent relationships with our clientele. Welcome ambassadors, VIPs, and assist in market prospecting. Manage stock control, minimize loss, and create action plans to keep inventory at the lowest possible levels. Select, train, and promote your staff, driving growth initiatives while maintaining store productivity and ensuring coverage. Oversee visual merchandising initiatives for the company. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing teams in the premium retail sector. Ability to collect and analyze data rigorously. Strategic and analytical mindset for business decision‑making based on data and reports. Strong oral and written communication skills. Passion for fashion and products. High level of English proficiency. Knowledge and experience in tools such as Microsoft Excel. Knowledge about the city of Amsterdam and its culture.
