We’re Hiring: Data Analytics Manager A leading international company is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to drive consumer-centric strategies through advanced analytics and market insights. This is a key role at the intersection of data, strategy, and customer understanding , with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. What you’ll do: - Lead consumer research and advanced data analysis to uncover behavioral patterns, value drivers, and emerging trends - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making - Partner with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to shape value propositions and customer engagement initiatives - Develop and refine segmentation models to identify opportunities for targeted growth - Monitor and analyze KPIs related to customer value and experience, building dashboards and reports - Coordinate research activities (surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis, market assessments) - Consolidate insights from multiple sources (customer feedback, social listening, satisfaction metrics) to identify improvement areas What we’re looking for: - 6+ years of experience in consumer insights, analytics, market research, or strategy - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - Experience with analytics tools and data visualization platforms - Ability to translate insights into clear business actions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Consumer-centric mindset with strong business acumen - Degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields - Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
