INTERNSHIP - PRIVATE DEBT - DIRECT LENDING - MILANO - September 2026 You will work within the Private Debt team, responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring private debt transactions. Core Role & Responsibilities Initial deal review and screening Business, financial and industry due diligence Financial modelling and valuation analysis Execution support and post-investment transaction monitoring Key Success Factors Previous experience in investment banking, private equity / debt or transaction services (essential requirement) Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant Master’s degree in a top‑ranked Business School or engineering school with a corporate finance background Strong analytical and modelling skills Strong oral and written communication skills Self‑starter and independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills Some understanding of the Private Equity market would be useful Curricular Internship dedicated to current students Native Italian speaker and fluency in English are mandatory requirements.
