Who we are looking for? We are seeking for a reliable and highly motivated Property Marketing Manager to support our Research & Marketing team. The ideal joiner has: Bachelor’s degree in marketing & digital communication or related field; 5 to 6 years of related work experience; Expert-level in Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Onedrive, Sharepoint) and excellent in PowerPoint; Italian language knowledge is a must to have; English language proficiency is also required (at least C1). Defining the marketing strategy to maximise the effectiveness of leasing activities; Presenting the marketing plan to the Client for approval; Scouting and selecting external agencies to carry out the identified activities; Coordination of agencies in the execution of activities in accordance with the needs of the client, the leasing team and the co-agent, if present; Co-creation of identified marketing collateral (e.g. brand identity, brochures, website, signage, videos, banners, digital advertising, newsletters, DEM, etc.); Developing marketing plan for specific business lines or services; Reporting. Other possible activities in synergy with EMEA Bid Team based in London: Project management; Ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization; Organising team workflows in the context of the tender; Identifying the Client’s needs; Defining sales strategy and storytelling; advise team; Co-create necessary collaterals (tender documents, videos, etc.), write texts; Coordinating the team (particularly the design team) for implementation; Preparing the team for the tender presentation; Create the presentation document; Debriefing; Reporting (tracking bids, expected pipeline, W/L and reasons why).
