How You’ll Make An Impact Support project execution strategies, including resource planning and risk management, ensuring alignment with Business Unit Management. Establish and maintain project execution activities to meet targets for time, cost, deliverables, and quality. Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout project execution, sharing lessons learned across the organization. Analyze scope of supply and customer contract agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance. Ensure full compliance with safety standards, specifically law 81/08, and systematically share relevant project information with all stakeholders. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in turn-key EPC contracts and knowledge of high voltage substations (AIS & GIS) and FACTS. Knowledge of contract law, commercial and quality topics, and Environmental Health and Safety standards (D.Lgs 81/08) for construction sites. Fluency in English and Italian. Availability for national and international business trips (up to 25% during project execution). Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, etc.) is a plus.
