Plant Operating Planning Specialist – Raw Material Planner We are looking for a brilliant Raw Material Planner for our vacancy as Plant Operating Planning Specialist, based in Alba (CN). Main Responsibilities Define the best replenishment strategy for raw materials and semi‑finished goods, ensuring continuous material availability to support the production plan. Create and maintain short and mid‑term material plans in alignment with production requirements, suppliers’ capacities, and logistics constraints. Monitor material coverage and take proactive actions to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data and planning parameters, collaborating closely with Procurement, Production, Quality and Central Material Management to secure reliable supply performances. Support material flows, minimize obsolescence and ensure proper alignment with production changes. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as supplier OTIF and destructions, developing reduction and mitigation actions to enhance supply reliability and drive continuous improvement. About You Junior professional with 6 months to 2 years of experience in planning activities covering raw materials, semi‑finished or finished products. Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Management, Industrial Engineering or Economics. Proficiency in Italian and English languages.
