Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts while building strong customer relationships and fostering strategic partnerships Identify and address core customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive success Ensure consistent and proactive reporting of all activities Collaborate with the European FAE team, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines to implement innovative, customer-tailored solutions Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field 5-10 years of experience in sales as an account manager – with experience supporting large, complex accounts in the semiconductor and/or home appliances market Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering teamwork and maintaining accountability to deliver results in a global environment Proven ability to adapt, grow, and succeed within a large organizational structure Ability to establish relationship from working level to C-level at customers Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe Excellent communication skills in Italian and English We embrace diversity and inclusion and welcome everyone for who they are.
