Role Overview The trainee, working alongside a tutor, will be integrated into the RR & Capital Management Service. Specifically, the resource will extract information from company repositories (DataLake), managing aggregation and reporting phases. Additionally, in collaboration with the team, they will support the creation of regulatory reporting bases and the delivery of reports to supervisory authorities (European Central Bank, Bank of Italy). Key Responsibilities Data extraction Modeling Estimation of simple models (e.g., linear regression) Report creation Availability Full time. Qualifications Ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in economics (Finance, Risk Management) or STEM. Preferred experience: study and/or professional experience abroad or in multinational organizational contexts. Core Skills Excellent organizational and planning abilities Proactive initiative Natural relational orientation Precision and confidentiality IT Tools Proficient in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with SAS (preferred but not mandatory) Basic object-oriented programming skills Languages English B2 and/or French B2 Duration 6 months position with management.
