Develop training courses, compile training materials and courseware; collect and sort out excavator hydraulic and electrical failure cases . Formulate annual and monthly after-sales training plans as required, and implement the plans steadily. Provide internal professional product skill training and certification for company service engineers. Deliver training on after-sales service workflows, operational standards and compliance specifications. Be responsible for skill training of dealer service personnel; liaise and coordinate with dealers to arrange courses, and continuously promote the overall competency improvement of dealer service teams. Job Requirements Solid hands‑on experience in excavator after‑sales maintenance and repair; deep familiarity with excavator hydraulic systems, electrical systems, structures and working principles; practical repair experience is highly preferred. In‑depth understanding of construction machinery products and technical structures. Have professional enterprise internal training experience, familiar with course development and on‑site training delivery. Good communication and coordination ability, capable of independently docking with overseas dealers and arranging training arrangements.
