Dumarey Automotive Italia, part of the Dumarey Group, is an international engineering company operating in advanced mobility solutions across automotive and industrial sectors. To support our Legal & Compliance activities, we are looking for a Legal & Compliance Intern willing to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international, and cross-functional environment. Main tasks include: Assisting in drafting and negotiating national and international commercial agreements, such as Distributorship Agreements, Supply Agreements, Service Agreements, Agency Agreements, Sponsorship Agreements, License Agreements, Lease Agreements, Terms and Conditions, etc. Supporting the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Review internal policies, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with Group policies and applicable laws Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Business Development, Finance, Marketing, IT, HR) on the legal aspects of projects and business initiatives Conduct legal research across a wide range of areas (civil, commercial, regulatory) to support the Legal & Compliance function Support in managing GDPR compliance requirements Support in designing and implementing an integrated compliance framework (231 Model, privacy, anti-corruption, etc.) Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent field Strong problem-solving and communication skills Good command of Microsoft Office applications Ability to work collaboratively in a team High level of integrity and professional ethics The position is based in Turin, Corso Castelfidardo 36 , with on-site presence depending on operational needs. Dumarey can evaluate either curricular internship + thesis project or postgraduate internship Internship allowance: 600€ (curricular Internship/thesis) 800€ (Post-graduate internship) The internship requires full-time commitment: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week.
